He has over 15 years of extensive roofing knowledge and experience and has always dreamed of developing a strong ethical Roofing Construction company that he believes in and is proud of.
Dave is an extremely loyal, dedicated and motivated individual and has earned himself a great deal of respect within his team, the industry and beyond.

Geoff Seebeck

Geoff joined the RC team in late 2019. And what an absolute breath of fresh air he was as we wound down our first year of trade! Geoff's years of experience in Project Management are an asset to the company. In April 2020 we created a tailored role that complements and utilises his desirable skills. As our Business Development Manager, Geoff is assisting in many areas including; service development, industry expansion, project management and team mentoring. He is also involved in the quoting and  quality assurance. Geoff will soon commence the Diploma of Quantity Surveying and we are thrilled to witness him expanding his extensive skill set and continuing to challenge himself.

Fynn Stewart

Fynn became part of the Roofing Craftsmen team just after the infamous NZ Covid Lockdown. He began his career as a Metal Roofer in 2012. He completed his Metal Roofing Apprenticeship in 2017 and has only continued to further develop his knowledge and skillset since. He has also completed a course in Pro-Zinc installation and hopes to complete many more specialty certificates whilst working with us. He has  a particular interest in installing Tray Roofs and Tray Cladding. Fynn brings an attitude and ability to the RC team that is vital for quality workmanship and meeting client needs.

Conor Peat

Conor first joined us for a week of work experience under The Waterboy Programme; an initiative helping young people find work in trades and industries they wish to pursue a career in.
After only a couple of days on site it was quite clear that he was a perfect fit for Roofing Craftsmen and our overall core values. He has a great work ethic and attitude and is mature beyond his years.
He has now enrolled in and been accepted to begin his Metal Roofing Apprenticeship, commencing early 2021. We have no doubt he will excel in completing his apprenticeship and succeed in becoming a great roofer.

Andrew Hare

Andrew, better known as Andy, is the newest member of Roofing Craftsmen and has very quickly cemented himself as a great team player and mentor. He began his metal roofing career in 2012, when he moved to Auckland. Now 8 years later he has returned to his hometown of Cambridge and brought a wealth of industry knowledge and experience with him.
In 2017 Andy became an approved Licensed Building Practitioner in long run profile roofing and cladding. His next career goal is to develop his skills in quoting, roof reports and all round Project Management. Goals we are excited to assist him in achieving. Andy is another key asset to the RC Crew and a perfect fit for all that we strive for.

Ruben De Jager

Ruben is currently completing his Metal Roofing Apprenticeship with Roofing Craftsmen. He provides a youthful and eager energy around the job site and office, and will put his head down when “The Boss” give orders to get the job done! He is in the first year of the three year apprenticeship, learning and mastering new skills each day. The Roofing Craftsmen management team are very proud to play a part in helping young guys grow into skilled tradesmen and achieve their goals. We are certain Ruben will accomplish his goal of becoming "NZ Apprentice of the Year".
