Dave Innes

Dave is our inspiring Owner/Director. His core values in life are carried into the business and his team! Dave strives to conduct his business with integrity, respect and professionalism.
He has over 20 years of extensive roofing knowledge and experience and has always dreamed of developing a strong ethical Roofing Construction company that he believes in and is proud of.
Dave is a loyal, dedicated and motivated individual and has earned himself a great deal of respect within his team, the industry and beyond.

When he's not working you can find Dave, surfing, golfing or chasing around his adventurous three year old son, Jax!

Fynn Stewart

Fynn became part of the Roofing Craftsmen team just after the first infamous NZ Covid19 Lockdown and soon earned himself a role as one of our Site Managers. He began his career as a Metal Roofer in 2012. He completed his Metal Roofing Apprenticeship in 2017 and has only continued to further develop his knowledge and skillset since. He has a particular interest in installing Tray Roofs and Tray Cladding. Fynn brings an attitude and ability to the RC team that is vital for quality workmanship and meeting client needs.

A talented musician, he plays both guitar and drums and has a great deal of passion for music.

Andy Hare

Andrew, better known as Andy, has been part of the RC team for just over two years. He is a highly skilled technical roofer and a great mentor to our apprentices which has cemented him the role of Apprentice Manager and Mentor as well as being a valued Site Manager.
In 2017 Andy became an approved Licensed Building Practitioner in long run profile roofing and cladding. His next career goal is to develop his skills in Quoting and Project Management as well as do some courses to further develop in the areas of Leadership and Training.

Andy has dreams of also running a side hustle one day in the alluring scene of Events Management for music gigs and DJ-ing.

Michelle Dunkinson & Jax Innes

Michelle founded Roofing Craftsmen with Dave in 2019. She wear's many hats in life and in the business, however, those that are most rewarding and important to her are being "Mummy" to Jax and "Rock" to Dave.

She is Dave's partner in life and in business and together they make an enthusiastic, driven and balanced team.

Yoga is her happy place and she will always make time for it in her busy schedule.

Jax is Dave and Michelle’s three-year-old son and the ultimate Roofing Craftsmen team mascot! He is their inspiration and keeps them grounded in life and business.

Aimee Walker

Aimee has been with Roofing Craftsmen almost since day one! She is an administration and accounts contractor and the direction of the company has seen her fall naturally into the role of Accounts Manager and all that it entails. She has many years working in local construction administration which has earned her a great deal of respect among other local tradesmen and companies. She brings many great ideas and procedures to the running of Roofing Craftsmen Ltd.

Aimee and her two beautiful daughters live in Cambridge and are well known and loved in the community.
